Jordan Johnson-Gordon

As Senior Manager in the Regulatory practice, Jordan oversees Certificate of Need (CON) strategy and execution. He manages the development of data-driven applications, supervises market and feasibility analyses, and ensures projects are strategically positioned for successful approval. With multiple SAFe certifications – both an Agilist and Product Owner/Product Manager – Jordan brings expertise in applying scaled agile methodologies to drive cross-functional alignment and delivery. In every engagement, he is motivated by helping healthcare organizations navigate complex regulatory environments to expand access to care and meet community needs.

Prior to joining Ascendient, Jordan held advisory roles at Platt HMC, supporting market analysis, regulatory strategy, and complex client engagements, and later led operational initiatives as Director of Operations at CATMEDIA. He also gained experience in digital transformation as a Senior Digital Transformation Specialist at Unum, alongside early career work in clinical research administration and compliance at Emory University.

An Ohio native, Jordan has spent the last 21 years living in Atlanta, GA. In his personal life, he enjoys spending time with his son Jaxon and husband Darnell, as well as their two dogs Pepper & Legend. Jordan also enjoys traveling the world, writing poetry (when time permits), and spending time outside.
