Based in our Washington, D.C. office, Brian directs Ascendient engagements related to hospital and health system strategy, public health planning, physician development and planning, and financial feasibility studies. Brian leverages his unique analytical skills, financial knowledge and consulting experience to help clients think strategically while ensuring they adhere to ever increasing regulatory pressures. Brian also assists clients with service line business plans, market demand studies, community health needs assessments, merger/acquisition analysis, and CON preparation. Brian has presented at industry conferences and authored articles for healthcare publications of leading associations, including the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He received his Masters in Healthcare Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Gillings School of Global Public Health.
